FocusLeaf is a study timer you can use on your own or with a group. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and the choices you have.
FocusLeaf is run by Loftybread Studio, an independent developer in New South Wales, Australia, which is responsible for your data. Contact us at loftybreadstudio@gmail.com.

Crash reports
If the app crashes, a report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. It includes the error, your device model and the operating system version. It does not include your account, IP address or anything else that identifies you.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no analytics or tracking.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
Members of groups you join can see:
In a public group, any signed-in user can see members’ names, avatars and study totals before joining. Because subject names are visible to your groups, avoid putting anything private in them. Other users can never see your email address, your year of birth or the times of your individual sessions.
Group members who turn on notifications are told when you start studying. The notification shows only your name.
Your data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. It is encrypted in transit, and each account can access only its own data.
Two service providers in the United States process limited data on our behalf: Sentry (crash reports) and Expo (delivering notifications through Apple and Google).
We keep your account and study data until you delete your account. Live study status, anti-spam records and push tokens are temporary and are deleted automatically or when you sign out. Sentry deletes crash reports after a limited period.
We collect only what the app needs and keep each account’s data separate. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify you, and the regulator where the law requires it.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it, including groups you created. It cannot be undone. You can also request deletion without the app.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop or limit how it is used. Email loftybreadstudio@gmail.com from your account’s address and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact your local privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
FocusLeaf is for people aged 13 and over, and accounts cannot be created by anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it. If you are under 18, please read this policy with a parent or guardian, who can ask us to delete your account at any time.
This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. It uses no cookies, analytics or advertising.
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top.
